Rigid paperboard mailers are perfect when you have only a few documents to send, but what do you do when your package demands more? For example, you may need to include a one inch thick wire bound book, a large catalog or a number of samples. Conformer® Heavy Gauge Paperboard Expansion Mailers have a unique construction that permits the mailer to expand to fit its contents. This patented design stays flat, looks great and protects the valuable product inside. Our expansion mailers are affordable and, like all of our paperboard mailers, are easily imprinted with your return address, logo, etc. We also provide full-color custom printing for an attention grabbing first impression. These expandable mailers are a less expensive alternative to gusseted mailers. They perform better by expanding on all 4 sides, and they cost less
All Conformer® Heavy Gauge Paperboard Expansion Mailers are manufactured from .014 SBS and except our 4CPS mailer which is made from .020 WCCNB.
